· We donate to non-profit organization's that serve our community

· Organizations must be recognized as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code

· Because of the volume of requests we receive, we can consider only requests submitted on this form

· Donations are for charitable purposes only (e.g., auctions and raffles)

· Requests must be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance of the date the item is needed

· Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation
